Fire Stations


  • Central Fire Station: 107 North El Paso Avenue
    Central Fire Station opened in 2018 and houses Engine 1, Ladder 1, Battalion 1, Medical Response UTV, and Reserve Engine 5. Central Fire Station also houses Fire Administration including Fire Prevention Bureau and the Training Division. Central Station crews respond city-wide including the Historic Downtown District.

  • Station 2: 109 Hilltop Drive
    Station 2 opened in 1981 and houses Engine 2 and Squad 1. Station 2 services the Skyline and Hilltop Areas including the State Park.

  • Station 3: 1920 N. Arkansas Ave.
    Station 3 opened in 1992 and houses Engine 3, Hazmat 1, and the Hazmat/WMD Response Trailer. Station 3 services Arkansas Tech University and the north side of town including Interstate 40.

  • Station 4: 2315 E. 16th St.
    Station 4 opened in 1992 and houses Engine 4, Brush 1, and Ladder 2. Station 4 services the surrounding industrial facilities, Interstate 40, and Russellville High School.

Engine 1

Engine 1

Engine 1 is a 2009 Smeal/Spartan with a 1250 gpm pump and 500 gallon water tank and 30 gallon foam tank. It is an Advanced Life Support engine company carrying a cardiac monitor and extrication equipment.

Engine 2

Engine 2

Engine 2 is a 1998 KME with a 1250 gpm pump carrying 1000 gallons of water and 60 gallon foam tank. It is a Basic Life Support engine company carrying an AED and extrication equipment.


Engine 3

Engine 3

Engine 4 is a 2009 Smeal/Spartan with a 1250 gpm pump and 500 gallon water tank and 30 gallon foam tank. It is a Basic Life Support engine company carrying an AED and extrication equipment.

Ladder 1

Ladder 1

Ladder 1 is a 2016 Rosenbauer with a 109 foot aerial ladder. It has a 2000 gpm pump.

Ladder 2

Truck 1

Ladder 2 is a 2003 Pierce Quint with 75 foot aerial ladder. Is has a 2000 gpm pump and carries 470 gallons of water and 30 gallons of foam.

Reserve Engine 5

Reserve Engine 5

Reserve Engine 5 is a 1992 KME with 1250 gpm pump and 1000 gallon tank. It also carries 60 gallons of foam.

Squad 1

Squad 1

Squad 1 is a 2001 F-350 with Pump and Roll capability and is primarily used for grass/brush fires.

Hazmat Truck

Hazmat Engine

Hazmat 1 is a 2007 Rosenbauer/Kenworth. It is a Hazmat Technician level response vehicle for Hazardous materials/WMD release. It has a mobile command center.

Brush Truck

Brush Truck

Brush 1 is a 1969 Jeep with Pump and Roll capability and is primarily used for grass/brush fires.
