Professional Standards
The Russellville Police Department strives to instill professionalism in our officers. The conduct of our officers is a direct reflection on the police department. We welcome any input from our citizens concerning our officers.

The Criminal Investigation Division investigates allegations of officer misconduct that require more than a supervisory level counseling. The Chief of Police assigns these investigations.

Background investigations on prospective employees are also prepared by the Criminal Investigation Division, as well as other administrative investigations, as assigned by the Chief of Police.
