The Russellville Police Department
Tom McMillen, Police Chief
I would like to personally welcome you to the City of Russellville Police Department website.
The Russellville Police Department currently has 56 sworn personnel and 7 civilian employees, which make up six departments: Administration, Records, Warrants, Criminal Investigations Division, Public Information and Patrol.
Having served as an officer at the Russellville Police Department for the past twenty-eight years, it is a privilege to now serve as the Chief of Police for the City of Russellville.
The Russellville Police Department is very community oriented. Our first annual Citizens Police Academy was held during the fall of 2006 and was a great success. The Russellville Police Department recently concluded its fourth annual Citizens Police Academy in October of 2009. This program has been very instrumental in showing the citizens of Russellville what the officers and civilians of the Russellville Police Department do on an everyday basis. In addition to the Citizens Police Academy, the Russellville Police Department is very active in the Child Safety Seat Program, Neighborhood Watch, Crime Alert Network, Youth Academy, ID Kids, and Prevention Education Programs.
