Notice is hereby given that the City of Russellville, and the Recreation & Parks Dept. seeks public input on park needs, the addition of Dwight Mission to the City's park system and the development of an aquatic center. This public meeting will be at 5:30pm on Monday, March 12 at the Hughes Center.
