Notice to Bidders

Sealed bids addressed to the City of Russellville will be received at the office of the Mayor at 209 West 2nd Street, Russellville, Arkansas (mailing address P.O. Box 428, Russellville, Arkansas 72811), until 10:00 a.m. the day of the bid opening and  then publicly opened and read for furnishing all labor, material, and equipment and performing all work required.
