Russellville Animal Control
Animal Control's mission is to maintain public safety by capturing stray animals, enforcing city ordinances and state laws concerning domestic animals, and to care for the animals under the department's protection.
The Shelter is the site of the City Recycling Center, and it also provides low-cost mulch from the compost facility.
