How do I get a street over laid?
A comprehensive analysis and grading of the city streets is completed every 3 years. This process assigns a grade based upon various conditions of degradation. The overall grades of the streets are then sorted and prioritized in a 3-year overlay program. The most recent assessment was completed in February 2013 (PDF).
