Start a reward program by having local businesses give out coupons for doing things for the City. If your group picks up trash or donates time to help the city. The group or person could register with the city and sign up to do different jobs and once they finished the job the city could hand them coupons ( free meals or half off, etc.) This would help our parks and trails stay clean and give people a reason to help out
