Capitol Impovement Program (CIP)

The purpose of the CIP is to provide a systematic approach for addressing & prioritizing the City's infrastructure needs. It's supported by the City's Stormwater Management Plan, Master Street Plan, and by the Public Works office.

  2. there needs to be a lighted area for after dark for people to enjoy. to walk, bike, run, play. when time changes, that is just it. no safe place to go
