Starting on Wednesday, March 18th, 2020, the Russellville Animal Shelter will closed to the public due to COVID-19. Employees will still be on site to answer calls and continue day to day tasks. Citizens wishing to do business can make contact by using phones or online portals. The Yard Waste Facility will continue to stay open.
