Senior Citizen Discount Application

Application is hereby made for a 15% discount on single family residential sanitation service.  In order to qualify for the Senior Citizen Discount, one must meet the following requirements.

Application must be received in our office no later than 

December 1, 2019

or your discount may be delayed one month.
